Shipping cost are non refundable. As a result of pandemic the shipping time are not guaranteed. We will not accept any claim as a result of late arrival of your product. However, we ship out the product within promised time. We offer free shipping on orders of $75 and more to Canada and USA. We also ship internationally at a discounted rate. All return shipping fees are customers responsibility.
